Plastic spraying is also called powder spraying process. This process itself has high requirements on baking temperature and baking time. At the same time, because the powder spraying process uses an electrostatic adsorption process, the paint adsorption force is strong, and the material itself The hardness is high, so the surface of the thermos cup will be more wear-resistant and impact-resistant after using the plastic spray process. Among the three processes of spray painting, PVD, and powder spraying, the surface coating of the powder spray process is the best for wear resistance, durability, and impact resistance, so it is not necessary. To be worried about wear and tear in the dishwasher.

If there is a logo on your cup, you also need to pay attention to whether the craftsmanship of the logo is suitable for dishwashers. For example, generally patterns made with silk screen printing are not suitable for dishwashers.However, if it is a 3D logo, there will be no problem.

Just because a spray-coated cup can be put into the dishwasher does not mean that its quality is better than spray paint and PVD.
